BALLAD ABOUT MY BOY THAT GREW UP

Hush in its channel the creek is sailing
Light wind blows in it
In the middle of the village a lonely wooden shed
Standing there, covered with snow and darkness

An I would not sleep,
Because it is sad tonight.

My young boy will cut down trees
Day and night he will work hard
Still a young boy, and his hand are empty
But he swore to be my husband when he grows up

My boy grow up fast,
My boy , grow!

Slow passes by the time, covers secrets.
My youth passes with it
And my boy grew and became very beautiful.
And one day married a woman as beautiful as him.

But I forever
Will not forget him.

Wind on the creek runs, rages,
On its wings carried my days.
In the middle of the village a wooden shed I have,
And both my eyes burn in the night as flame of fire.

No man should ome closer to me,
Lest he will be consumed by the fire!
