"Mami" is a common term of endearment or affection in Israeli Hebrew - for addressing anyone (regardless of sex), which can be used both in a platonic or flirtatious way. In this case it is obviously very ironic. I rendered it as "baby" to try and give a sense of the way in which an innocent word can be turned into something sexist and abusive.
