THE SONG OF HATS

I’ve got a big sack full of hats,
To try on and see which suits me.

A clown’s hat, lively and sprightly,
A policeman’s hat, guardian of the law,
A pilot’s hat, through blue skies he flies,
A highwayman’s hat, roamer of roads.

I’ve got a big sack full of hats,
In all kinds of shapes, Purim to celebrate.

A cowboy hat, on his steed he speeds,
A seaman’s hat, with white ribbon bright.
A soldier’s cap, holding flag on high,
A chef’s hat, salad he dices, chip, chop.

I’ve got a big sack full of hats…
