DERECH SHIR

Milim lomar k'derech shir
Milim lashir shivchei haderech
Pirchei habar ve'or hat'cheilet
Bosem yemei Nisan.

Ovrot bi'af si'ot kanaf
Tzamrot broshim na'ot baruach
Chamsin tzafu'i, chalon patuach
Rotem cholot lavan.

Zo derech shir, hasket ushma:
Broshim, chamsin, pirchei habar.
Zo sfat hashoresh hatamun
Oleh eilecha
Minivchei ha'adama.

Ve'im katzru rig'ei hashir
Ve'nish'aru milim baderech
Hen kvar niftach, parach haperach
Tamu yemei Nisan.

V'yom echad lifnei machar
Lashuv lavo im shir haderech
Zo derech shir: cholfa overet,
Bosem yemei Nisan.

Zo derech shir ...

The days of Nisan becoming complete.

And one day, before tomorrow,
To come again with the song of the path
This is a path of song: changing, passing,
Perfume of the days of Nisan.

This is a path of song ...
