PSALM 70


70:1 For the Leader. A Psalm of David; to make memorial. O God, to deliver me, O the Lord, to help me, make haste.

70:2 Let them be ashamed and abashed that seek after my soul; let them be turned backward and brought to confusion that delight in my hurt.

70:3 Let them be turned back by reason of their shame that say: 'Aha, aha.'

70:4 Let all those that seek Thee rejoice and be glad in Thee; and let such as love Thy salvation say continually: 'Let God be magnified.'

70:5 But I am poor and needy; O God, make haste unto me; Thou art my help and my deliverer; O the Lord, tarry not.

70:1 lamnatsêach ledhâvidh lehazkiyr

70:2 'elohiym lehatsiylêniyAdonay le`ezrâthiy chushâh

70:3 yêbhoshu veyachperu mebhaqshêy naphshiyyissoghu 'âchor veyikkâlemu chaphêtsêy râ`âthiy

70:4 yâshubhu `al-`êqebhboshtâm hâ'omeriym he'âch he'âch

70:5 yâsiysu veyismechu bekha kol-mebhaqsheykha veyo'mru thâmiydh yighdal 'elohiym 'ohabhêy yeshu`âthekha

70:6 va'aniy `âniy ve'ebhyon 'elohiym chushâh-liy `ezriy umephalthiy'attâh Adonay 'al-te'achar
